Ok, this is probably the last "proper" Back to Mine of the year as next week, two things will happen - firstly my Back to Mine show will be on Tuesday 14th December, instead of Wednesday as I'll be making a fool of myself at the office christmas party and, instead of my usual relatively random musical ramblings, I'll be dedicating the whole of next weeks show to rounding up the top 10 best LPs of 2010 (in my most humble and learned opinion, of course) and, if we have some time left over, some other musical highlights from the last 12 months, too. I realise that there are a couple more Wednesdays left in December but this time of year it's tricky to make plans so it might be the last time I get a chance to play from home before 2011 jumps up and wiggles it's fancy new date in our faces. As for what's on the top 10, I still have no idea; there's a definite 5 or 6 so far, but I'm leaving the final list to the very last moment... one thing is for sure, it's going to be a great list as 2010 has been an awesome year for new music.
